Since 2016, IBFTS has supported Algerian companies and institutions: applied artificial intelligence, sustainable development and CSR, institutional communication.
IBFTS is a consulting and training firm founded in 2016 in Algiers. Our activity covers the design of sustainable development projects, CSR actions, institutional communication, awareness campaigns and event support.
IBFTS also runs an AI training programme for steering management and business processes, and an offer of AI implementation strategies in business (AI-Driven Business). We work in French, Arabic and English.
Through our services, we promote fair, equitable and sustainable international marketing. We offer companies a space of fair competition, far from spamming and intrusive, costly advertising.
Large or small, your product is your best ambassador: faced with an expressed need, the buyer will recognise the right product. The evaluation questionnaire lets the prospect point out your strengths and weaknesses, guide your strategy and stimulate your innovation.
Consultant, coach and trainer in artificial intelligence applied to business. Founder of IBFTS and HNAYA DZ. Member of the first steering committee of the National House of Artificial Intelligence.
Nacib Hamida supports Algerian organisations in integrating artificial intelligence in the service of their real performance. His singularity lies in his background: before becoming an AI trainer, he spent more than twenty years in administrative and financial management roles within international groups (NTT, SATEC, SGS) and multilateral institutions (United Nations, European Commission, United States Embassy).
This path underpins a conviction of method: AI is not a technology subject, it is a subject of processes, costs and decisions. He approaches it as he approached the upgrade of Algerian SMEs within the Euro Développement PME programme (MEDA II), where he was deputy administrator: structured diagnostic, action plan, progressive implementation, measurable improvement.
Each notion is introduced through a concrete case drawn from participants’ real activity. No code, no jargon.
About 70 % of the time is spent producing on workstation. Participants leave with deliverables usable the next day, not with notes.
Content is built from the company’s real documents, ranges and data, supplied in advance.
What goes into an AI tool, what never does, and why: the subject is covered from the first half-day.
Tools are presented in their accessible versions, without recommending a paid solution that was not requested.
Marketing and communication, finance and audit, human resources, general management, customer relations.
Wording method, brand assistants, company prompt libraries.
Turning data into a guiding message and a decision; presentation to management.
Maturity diagnostic, implementation roadmap, governance and usage charter.
Innovative CSR actions, ISO 26000, extra-financial reporting, institutional communication.
Management, business administration and finance, public procurement code.
