The four steps

Step 1 · GenAI diagnostic — 3 weeks

Assess the company’s GenAI maturity, identify profitable opportunities and draw up a clear roadmap with a forecast ROI.

Analysis of the existing set-up: business processes, information systems, available data and their level of digitisation
Analysis of internal skills and training needs
Identification of high-value use cases, favouring free or “no-code” tools
Risk assessment: ethics, data security, impact on the organisation
Definition of KPIs and forecast ROI for each use case

Deliverables: Diagnostic and ROI report, strategic recommendations, tailored action plan, implementation roadmap.

Step 2 · Design and prototyping — 4 to 6 weeks

Develop solutions meeting the company’s specific needs, validating their technical and economic feasibility and alignment with the forecast ROI.

Selection of technologies and tools: existing, free or “no-code” solutions
Building simplified prototypes and validating hypotheses
Preparing relevant, high-quality and representative datasets
Testing and iterations with users

Deliverables: Working prototypes, technical documentation and performance analysis, prototype ROI assessment.

Step 3 · Deployment and integration — 8 to 12 weeks

Put the solutions into production and integrate them progressively into the company’s systems and processes, tracking ROI and the roadmap.

Step 4 · Evaluation and optimisation — ongoing

Collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Learning culture: experimentation, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement

Deliverables: Performance and ROI analysis reports, optimisation recommendations, continuous-improvement action plan.

The diagnostic can end with a detailed and transparent financial offer for the rest of the programme. Follow-up and optimisation are optional.
